Photo Hunt: Ripple

I love the way the petals on this flower ripple. I don’t know what type of plant this is — someone told me once and I’ve since forgotten — but they do well here in southern California. You don’t see them very often, but when you do, they always look hardy and happy.
Here is a different perspective — you can see the cute craftsman house in the background.
